We are hiring for Senior Business Development Lead/Mgr US IT Staffing. This role would be covering our BigDataTalent group. BigDataTalent group cover all the BigData talent needs of our clients (like Hadoop, Machine Learning, NLP programming etc).

BigDataTalent is activity looking for a US staffing lead for its staffing business. 

Primary responsibilities will be generating new business leads and bringing new opportunities/ clients on-board for IT staffing sector by performing cold calls, , networking and/or other sources.


Job Requirements:

Primary responsibilities of this role would be

 Expect to leverage existing relationships/ROLODEX

 Business Development, Sales, generating lead, Client Acquisition.

 Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining existing clients to

enhance business relations.

 Expanding business through new account development with a specialized focus on

relationship building and client service.

 Leadership skills are a must as we are looking to grow a team in Hyderabad.

 Understanding the requirement and clients need and shortlist suitable candidates based

on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of


 Analyse requirements from clients/ Tier 1 vendors, assign and have a close follow with

delivery teams.

 Should have good understanding of US staffing business, sales and recruitment process

with proven bench sales experience in US IT consulting industry.

Desired Profile:

 Excellent communication in Business English: oral, written, and presentation skills.

 Candidates with 2 to 5years experience in US staffing consulting/ IT Recruitment are


 Ability to strike conversation and build rapport with international clients.

 Excellent networking, documentation, database management and negotiation skills.

Expertise in using LinkedIn for client acquisition and sales.

 Must have good experience in heavy cold calling Deep understanding of different tax

terms like OPT, CPT, H1, EAD (L2, H4), Green Card, C2C, US citizen.
