Job Description:

Based within the GK CoE/ KGS, this role is responsible for extracting data from various web analytics tools and publishing reports from templates provided. The role will also encompass aiding in configuring various reporting tools and creating ad-hoc reports when required. This role will also aid in ensuring data accuracy in the tools.

Job Requirements:

 Minimum of two years' work experience in the measurement and analysis of website performance and digital marketing campaigns
• Experience with a digital analytics solution required (e.g. SiteCatalyst, Webtrends, Google Analytics, Unica).

Audience Reach, Campaign/Content Performance, Business Value and Executive Scorecard Reporting
• Extract data from Google Analytics, Social Media Listening tool, and iPerceptions voice of customer survey tool to compile various reports from templates provided. The majority of reports will be produced in Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF.
• Gathering 3rd party competitive intelligence data (such as Google Trends and Alexa) to include in various reporting.

• Evaluating data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations to improve program performance.
• Advise on opportunities for Business Process Improvement where applicable.
